This sushi fusion restaurant was such a cool experience! There was a DJ mixing some popping Cumbia beats and the whole atmosphere was unique and inviting. Also, the sushi rolls were amazing! I had a rainbow roll and another I can't remember but it was great! The presentation was phenomenal but the flavor and freshness will keep me coming back for more! Excellent food and atmosphere!

First timers, and we needed wheelchair accessibility. We were immediately assisted which was great! And, like, I love me some sushi. This has something for everyone, I think. Make sure to have a QR scanner and you're good to go! Get a little adventurous if you're used to standard sushi menus, 'cause this is a FUSION restaurant baybeeeeeeee. I do also recommend listening to their sauce pairings - they seem to know what they're doing very well. If I'm ever back through here, I'd love to come back. Thanks, y'all!

...It was an absolutely wonderful food experience for us both! The food was fresh and flavorful and they DID have many more traditional raw sushi options which we partook of. The food was provided quickly, and the service was very friendly. If in the area, then it is my humble opinion that this is a highly recommended dining experience.

Bocao Sushi has become my go to anytime visiting Charlotte. The staff is very professional, friendly and attentive from the host to the manager; everyone goes above and beyond to assure your experience is a unique and unforgettable. The food is well presented, amazing taste and affordable. I highly recommend this location and Congratulate the team on taking pride in the work they do.

Best sushi I've ever had!!! The food also came out really fast. If you want to eat, I recommend coming in the afternoon, as it becomes a nightclub later in the day.Sauces are recommended!
